Before we enter the yard.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can safely access the service area and your dog is secured, we can complete the visit and text you when it’s done.
Can my dog be outside?
Please keep dogs inside during the service window unless we’ve specifically agreed otherwise. It helps us work safely and prevents escapes.
What happens when it rains or snows?
We work through ordinary weather when conditions are safe. Severe weather, deep snow, or unsafe yard conditions may require a rescheduled visit.
What happens to the waste?
We bag it and haul it away. You won’t find it left in your household trash bin unless we’ve made a different arrangement.
Is the first cleanup included?
No. The first cleanup is a separate reset service because the workload can vary considerably. Weekly service begins after the yard is reset.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Weekly service is designed to be simple and recurring, with final cancellation details provided before signup.
